Aminu Umar

Group Chief Executive Officer

Aminu Umar boasts over 22 years of distinguished experience in the maritime and oil and gas sectors. He is a recognized leader within the industry, holding the prestigious position of President of the Nigeria Ship-owner's Association (NSA).

In addition to his leadership role, Mr. Umar actively contributes to national maritime development through his involvement in various committees. He is a member of the Ministerial Committee on Establishing a Nigerian National Fleet and the Ministerial Committee on Nigeria Fleet Implementation.  His expertise is further valued by his position on the Advisory Council to the Board of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).

Sunkanmi Oladimeji

Director, Group Corporate Finance

Sunkanmi brings nearly 20 years of experience to the table, specializing in Corporate Finance, Strategy, and the Oil and Gas sector.

Throughout his career, he has held positions at esteemed organizations including Diamond Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in both South Africa and Nigeria, and Synergy Private Equity Fund (Mauritius).

Lateef Aliu

Chief Financial Officer

A seasoned financial professional with over 30 years of experience, Lateef leverages his expertise in accountancy, auditing, business advisory, and internal control management to deliver exceptional results.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an MBA graduate, Lateef brings a wealth of knowledge honed at leading firms like EY and PwC.

Capt. Praneet Ahluwalia

Chief Operating Officer

Captain Praneet boasts a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in the hydrocarbon sector.

Leveraging his extensive experience at sea, Captain Praneet transitioned to FPSO operations in Nigeria 15 years ago. 

His expertise lies in managing life extensions and upgrades for mature floating assets, having served as an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) for over a decade.

Christian Igboneme

Christian brings over 20 years of experience in the Marine and Oil & Gas industries to his role as a skilled coordinator.

He excels at bridging the gap between onshore and offshore technical teams, ensuring smooth project execution. 

Christian's extensive career includes a significant tenure with BW Offshore, where he gained valuable expertise operating on the FPSO Abo.

Musa Ibn-Saidu

Head, Corporate Services

Musa Ibn-Saidu leverages over 20 years of experience in the Marine and Shipping industry to ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of vessels.

As a leader, he oversees both vessel seaworthiness and Human Resource Management, fostering a strong team environment.

Christopher Esin

HSE Manager

Christopher Esin is an accomplished Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, spanning both onshore and offshore operations, including FPSO, production, drilling, construction, and exploration activities.

He has extensive experience in HSE leadership, risk management, process safety, regulatory compliance, HSE Management Systems, emergency response, incident investigation, auditing, environmental management, and competency development.

Christopher has successfully led HSE initiatives across major Nigerian oil and gas assets, consistently promoting a strong safety culture and operational excellence, with a proven record of zero Lost Time Injuries (LTIs) across key assignments.

As HSE Manager, Christopher provides strategic HSE leadership, develops and implements HSE management systems, drives proactive risk management, and works closely with management, employees, contractors, regulators, and host communities to ensure safe, compliant, and sustainable operations. He holds a B.Eng. in Petroleum Engineering and professional certifications including NEBOSH IGC, ISPS, BOSIET, STCW Basic Safety Training, ISO Certification and ISPON HSE certifications

Moses Ibrahim

IT MANAGER

Moses is a seasoned IT professional with 13 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector, specialising in managing complex IT infrastructures for multinational projects across Africa. With expertise in cloud architecture (Microsoft Azure), cybersecurity, and data analytics, he delivers efficient and secure IT solutions. Moses excels at leading infrastructure design and implementation, managing concurrent projects, and collaborating effectively for on-time and budget-friendly project execution.

His key competencies include; IT Infrastructure Management (Active Directory, Virtualization), Cloud Architecture (Microsoft Azure), Cybersecurity & Data Analytics, Project Management & Budget Control, ITIL Process & Service Lifecycle.

Onyinyechi Godwin

COMPLIANCE AND NIGERIA CONTENT LEAD.

Onyinyechi Godwin is a seasoned Human Resources and Compliance professional with over 15years of experience delivering strategic human resources, administrative leadership, and regulatory support to both multinational and indigenous organizations within the oil and gas industry.
Onyinye holds an MBA - Master of Business Administration. She is certified as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHRi) by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), USA, and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN)
She joined STAC Marine Offshore in 2023 as the Human Resource & Admin Lead, where she played a pivotal role in shaping people management practices and organizational culture.
Her strong leadership and cross-functional expertise led to her current role as Compliance and Nigerian Content Lead, where she now oversees regulatory compliance, local content strategy, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with industry standards and national policies.
