STAC Marine Offshore Limited is a subsidiary of Sea Transport Services Limited and is partnered with Intership and Oceanic Marine Management Limited.
About STAC Maritime
STAC is a wholly Nigerian owned company specializing in the acquisition, operation and maintenance of Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels, Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessels, Marine and offshore platforms. STAC Marine will leverage on its experienced management team and technical partners to provide a full range operations and maintenance services for the IOCs.
We have engaged and signed a Technical Service Agreement with V-ship Offshore (a global player in the provision of O&M services) to further strengthen our technical capability and development of local capacity.
STAC acquired FPSO Mayo Abo, from BW Offshore, through syndicate financing. STAC has entered into a 4 years contract, with option to extend, with Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) to provide services to lease and operate FPSO Mayo Abo at OML 130.
